What we mean by AI reality

Plenty of companies have bought AI licenses. Far fewer have AI doing useful work on a Tuesday afternoon. The gap is rarely the model. It's duplicate records, undocumented processes, permissions nobody reviewed, and no one owning the result.

We start there. We fix the data and the process, then give Claude or Agentforce a specific job with an owner, a test set, and a number to move. When a simple automation would do the job better, we say so.

How an engagement runs
